Two chatbots, two interaction modes

Document chatbot

The document chatbot allows users to interact directly with company documents through a conversation. Available functions include: analysis of complex documents, answers to specific questions, comparison between revisions, generation of summaries or translations, extraction of reports and KPIs, and creation of new content.

By combining generative AI and AI Agents, it is possible to configure custom commands and vertical prompts to automate repetitive tasks specific to the company context.

Semantic chatbot

The semantic chatbot allows users to converse with the entire company document archive using natural language. Responses are generated in real time based on stored content.

Security and permission compliance

Access to information is governed by company policies: every response is automatically filtered according to configured permissions. The system ensures information segregation, preventing unauthorised access.

Technology architecture

The system is built on a semantic search index and generates responses using a RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) approach. It uses an LLM (Large Language Model) capable of formulating responses based on stored information. Questions can be asked in continuity with previous ones, maintaining conversation context. Conversations can be saved according to configurable policies.
