When the standard product isn’t enough
Every platform has limits. ARXivar is powerful, but it cannot anticipate every specific process of every company. This is where the custom plugin comes in: a tailor-made component that extends native functionality without compromising system stability.
Over the years we have developed more than forty plugins for ARXivar — from simple automations to complex ERP connectors. Every plugin starts from a precise analysis of the requirement and is tested in a controlled environment before production deployment.
What we develop
ARXivar tasks and events
Scripts executed automatically when conditions are met: document archived, workflow completed, deadline reached. Notifications, data transformations, calls to external systems.
Connectors to external systems
Bidirectional integrations via Web API REST, SOAP and message queues with ERP systems, sector-specific management software, proprietary applications and cloud services already in use at your company. Data synchronises without manual intervention.
Custom interfaces and widgets
Control panels embedded in ARXivar, personalised input forms, role-filtered views. Operators see only what they need, in the most efficient way possible.
Evolutionary maintenance
The plugins we develop are maintained over time: updates for new ARXivar versions, new requested features, performance optimisations.
Plugins for other platforms
The same approach applied to SharePoint, web portals, custom management software and .NET applications. If there is a Web API, there is a way to integrate.
