Microsoft Teams is available free of charge for organisations of any size. The free version includes unlimited messaging, audio/video calls and 5 GB of storage. Paid plans add meetings with more participants, greater storage and advanced security features.
For companies already subscribed to Microsoft 365, Teams is included in the subscription.
