Able Tech has announced the extension of ARXivar Invoice Worldwide to the French market, strengthening its international offering in response to the new mandatory B2B electronic invoicing requirements coming into force in France in the coming months.

“The introduction of electronic invoicing in France represents a significant challenge for businesses,” said Claudio Vigasio, CEO of Able Tech. “For this reason, Able Tech has chosen to enter into a partnership with a French provider, giving companies concrete support to navigate the change with reliable tools and expertise — and an ecosystem already compliant with local requirements and fully integrated with the French e-invoicing model.”

France joins Belgium, Croatia and Poland, where the e-invoicing obligation has already affected businesses, and represents one of the most structured and significant changes in the European regulatory landscape.

The French model and key deadlines

From 1 September 2026, all French companies will be required to receive electronic invoices for B2B transactions. The obligation to issue e-invoices will initially apply only to large and medium-sized enterprises, with the requirement extending to SMEs and micro-businesses during 2027.

The French system is based on a hybrid architecture known as the “5-corner” model, combining accredited private operators — the Plateformes Agréées (formerly PDPs) — with a state-managed national public infrastructure.

Alongside this, companies are subject to an eReporting obligation: the periodic transmission of tax data to the fiscal authority for transactions not covered by e-invoicing, such as cross-border operations and B2C sales. Overall, this is a structured and complex model that requires businesses to adapt not only their technology but also their internal processes and information flows.

Able Tech’s solution

ARXivar Invoice Worldwide enables centralised management of electronic invoicing flows, ensuring compliance with French requirements from document format handling through to the production of data required for eReporting.

For the French market, Able Tech has signed an agreement with a local provider, integrating their respective services to enable invoice intermediation in line with the regulatory framework. This collaboration allows Italian companies with operations or subsidiaries in France to manage compliant flows within a single platform, with specialised support on both the regulatory and technical fronts.

Training through ARXivar Academy

ARXivar Academy has organised the online course “ARXivar Invoice Worldwide – France” in two sessions: 25 May and 9 June 2026. The course targets functional analysts and system integrators, covering the regulatory obligations and the practical steps for integrating the new processes into existing business systems — with the aim of providing the operational expertise needed to turn regulatory complexity into a concrete opportunity for businesses.
